«Ευγενικοί κ εξυπηρετικοί,μακριά από τις περισσότερες παραλίες και την Ζάκυνθο .»

Είναι ένα all inclusive ξενοδοχείο με άριστο προσωπικό. Για κάποιον που σκοπεύει να περάσει τις μέρες του εκεί αποκλειστικά θα το συνιστούσα. Πολύ ευγενικός ο Γιώργος στην ρεσεψιόν και ένα μεγάλο ευχαριστώ στις γυναίκες της καθαριότητας. Ωραία Θέα από το μπαλκόνι μας αλλά η Ζάκυνθος είναι ενα πολύ όμορφο νησί για να περιοριστείς εκεί αποκλειστικά.

1 ώρα από το κέντρο κ στην καλύτερη 26 χιλ οδήγηση με στροφές. Τρεις διαφορετικούς δρόμους για να φτάσεις στο κέντρο της Ζακύνθου ο ένας χειρότερος από τον άλλο. Δεν μπορούσαμε να διανοηθούμε την ταλαιπωρία που τραβήξαμε. Δεν το συνιστώ σε κανέναν που σκοπεύει να εξευρευνει καθημερινά κατι νεο στο νησι. Το δρομολόγιο το κάναμε καθημερινά , δεν έχει κατι αξιόλογο εκεί κοντά πέρα από το ναυάγιο το οποίο απέχει 20 λεπτά και την παραλία πορτο Λιμνιωνα. Είχαμε πρόβλημα σε ένα δωμάτιο με τα μυρμήγκια προσπαθώντας μάταια το ευγενέστατο προσωπικό να τα απομακρύνει. Το δωμάτιο δεν θα το χαρακτήριζα 5 αστέρων.

Very nice property, very quiet in splendid isolation

Wonderful, isolated location. Very green around, you can only see green and no other houses! Very nice lobby and public areas. Luxurious. Good food. Kind staff. Overall a very nice hotel.

The bed was not really comfortable. Around the sink not enough space to put your things. Old bathtub needed to be replaced. Pool area lacks of flowers and a bit of colours. If you travel as an individual = not as a package tourist, upon check in they ask you to pay immediately for your entire stay. This is very arrogant and a total no go. Itvis offensive to charge the whole stay, before they even showed you your room.

Perfect if you know where you are going

The best part of it is probably the view, which is simply incredible. On top of this, we really appreciated the staff, who was always smiling and friendly and more than willing to help. All our meals were also delicious, the bed was comfortable, there was really nothing to complain about.

The place is isolated, so it is probably better to plan ahead for this. There is no wifi in the rooms, we were aware of it because it is advertised on the page but we heard people complain about this. There are a lot of wasps in the area

Fading supposedly five stars hotel.

Massive hotel in the middle of nowhere. Beautiful view on the Sea. We had a suite with private pool, which was very nice because located at the very end of the hotel and with a view on the sea. The breakfast area is nice.

The Hotel is outdated and needs total renovation. Pool was horrible, green line all around the pool, no shade. Bathrooms look like a two stars hotel. Restaurant serves only buffet because nobody choses "a la carte". Worst ice cream in my life. Capuccinos are charged at breakfast, 4.50 euros each, without anybody telling you!

Good overall, but the rooms need wifi if the hotel really wishes to offer a 5-star experience

The hotel offered us a spacious double room with a private pool, with a view towards the sea. There is also a magnificent lobby area, which sometimes features a live piano performance. The breakfast was rich and plentiful.

All aspects of our stay were excellent, expect one: no wifi in the hotel rooms, and as the Chinese proverb says, one piece of spoilt meat risked to spoil the entire soup. The staff explained that this limitation was published on their website, but how many people make their booking through the hotel website? This should have been flagged in big capital red letters somewhere. I appreciate the principle of "disconnecting" during your holidays, but it just so happened that we had a Skype interview scheduled for the day after our arrival, which put us in a panic mode just as we arrived. Thankfully, the concierge arranged for us to visit the nearby tavern "Michalis", which has a high-speed fiber-optic internet connection, and we were able to set up the interview there.

A wonderful, relaxing break where I did feel like I was being spoilt a bit!

The location was lovely and quiet, although it would have been good to have more info to read about what was on offer to see rest of island, you had to ask. Beach transfer was limited! The staff were very friendly and obviously keen to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The rooms were very comfortable with air con.

WiFi!! With two teenagers with us this was an issue as there was very little phone signal either.

The complex is great, we had very nice room with a private pool. The breakfast was also very good. The staff is helpful and very kind.
